Notes

**Dampkring Studio**
We are located in the bright yellow building on the North side of Powell (closest to the water) and across the street from the Petro Canada station. Use the EAST DOOR entrance beside the loading bay doors painted with the parrot mural for our front door entrance. Once inside, come down the hall and follow the signs up the stairs to the 2nd floor. We have a mail box outside our entrance door that has 210A on it. If the door is locked during business hours please call the tel. or text # above.

**Parking**
We have parking on the west side of the building. Please only park in parking spot #1. You can also park on Powell Street between 9:30am to 3:00pm and after 6pm.

**Door Access**
We share the building with a few other companies, so the door sometimes gets locked but we always have someone on site from Monday to Thursday 10am to 5pm. Please call the studio (604) 253-0093 or Laela direct at (604) 802-9592 if you are locked out!

**If you are unable to come to the studio in person no problem! You are welcome to mail or courier projects to our address above and once we receive it we will set up a free virtual meeting to review the work and how you want us to proceed. We also have courier services available to get your finished project back to you or over to the next company on your team.
